thanks for stopping by to the land of ARFE and this is my first website, which is a work in progress.
(emotional backstory) most my life i’ve struggled with mental health issues, i put it down to being neurodivergent and trying to navigate life which let’s be honest is weird and wonderful but can be challenging also. i’ve had my fair share of trauma, bullying and identity issues this led to be battling to addiction due to a poor choice of coping mechanisms! i’m proud to say I've come out the other side seeing things — and myself — very differently. art has played a big role on my road to recovery — it's genuine therapy, and it's become something i’ve built a life and career around.
(successful turning point) i’ve created jovial peeps which doubles down as a creative space both in my mind and the space i’m learning to hold whilst sharing my craft — not overly polished, not full of jargon, just real. I like making weird art. i like facilitating it for other people too, because i know what it did for me.
this site is going to grow slowly, bit by bit, as things feel true. it's not meant to be perfect. it's meant to be honest.
